Default bench seat, Trex!

Here is my bench seat I made, again out of Trex. I "borrowed" from some other designs that were posted on here before. The whole thing is removable with two pins. It is very strong and sturdy, but also really heavy. Maybe 70 pounds? I haven't weighed it, but it is a chore to take out of the boat. There are also two cushions held on with snaps, one for the back and one for the seat. The cushions are the cushions you get to put on coolers, I got them on clearance from when Boatersworld went under, I think I paid 12 bucks each.

Awesome. Excellent design. Yes, the trex is heavy. I used it to make some walkboards to go across the sand down to the water at my Mom's cottage. Each section is about 6' x 2.5' and it takes two guys to carry one.

Looks great to me...I noticed it in the fishing pictures you posted and was going to comment on it.

Master, hmmm I like the sound of that. But no, just had it handy. Funny though, the little deck I have on my house, is wood.

I replaced my floor hatch covers on my boat, that were the original teakwood, with Trex. Gorilla glued them and used SS screws and they work great. They are heavier then the original teak ones but they are also ten times more rugged then the teak is.
