VVelez216: I have an 87 and mine is 60 gallons. you should be ok going bigger.

Spoke to Atlantic welding, adding an additional Foot to the tank making it from 48" to 60". He's getting back to me on how many gallons i'm increasing. He did tell me stock is 43 gallons.

Guys I have been following this link, thanks for the info. I have an 84 CC and figure a new tank will be in order sometime soon. I just got a quote from speedytank on the dimensions above.

Good choice if you go with Atlantic, very reputable, quality tanks.
He's making me one 60" long adding another foot making it a 55 gallon.

I didnt do the work myself but I believe he used s/s screws.
