It varies.
Depending on the fuel pumps ability, the vacuum applied, the condition of the carb seats, fuel delivery, etc. My normal take, if the engine does not have a problem then there is no problem. Ended up replacing a fuel pump on my daughters boat last week and the bubble stayed tighter than when I owned the motor.
