going price for a rebuilt outboard?

What do you guys thin a fair price wohld be for a rebuilt 175 johnson with a 25" shaft? I found a few for bout 3,000.... is that fair? Here is the pink in which I am refering to thx http://vikingmarineservices.homestea...inemotors.html
