Check the resistance on teh stator to ground and make sure that is good, if it is I would be willing to wager money on a failed power pack.

The stator resistance checks out according to the guide. After some more research it does appear the power pack is going to be the most likely cause.

Thanks for the help guys, It will probably be a week or so before I order the power pack. I will update when I get it in and installed..
