It is funny to see it put in that format, trouble is every single thing said there is exactly true, except that it is 15 Investment Banks that are the authorized purchasers from the Fed and Goldman Sachs is only one of them.
This is done by banking regulation. It is part of the controls that have been placed on us mere peons many years ago. Until our dollar is based on a gold or gold and commodities combo we will be subject to wide swings in our economy and wide swings of inflation. It started in 1913, prior to that our nation had none of those problems as we did not have a Fed Centralized Bank. Thomas Jefferson said that a centralized banking authority in our nation was more dangerous than foreign invaders. D@mn they were smart men. We had better start listening to them.
