Well cutting down the daily limit will only work if they don't allow fish to be imported from other states. That only allows commercial guys from other states to cash in on our failing management. As I keep stating, the only way to truly regulate and manage the fishery is to have equal Reg's throughout the species migratory range. Likewise for the Rec rules. They should also be the same as other states.
