Very nice truck. I did not realize the Land Rover Discovery had such a high towing capacity. That is more than I thought it would have for a vehicle of its size. When it is time to retire my 98 Suburban I might just go looking for one of those.

You better show up at the Charleston Get Together with the new wheels. We're getting a hay ride trailer so you can tow us around the tourist sites while we eat, drink and ride in style.

Nipper, according to the owners manual the rated towing capacity in high range is 5500 lbs and in low range is 7700 lbs. Low range is not a speed range though... I would think that 20-25 would be tops, but it's a bear in low range... I won't try it for fear of something flying up and hitting me, but I'd be willing to bet it could probably pull out small tree stumps.

If God didn't have a purpose for us we wouldn't be here, so
Live simply, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly.
(Leave the rest to God)

Silence, in the face of evil, is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak, not to act is to act. God will not hold us guiltless.
