that crack looks pretty big....its tough to see where exactly it is on the boat...is it the chine or one of the strakes?...Need to grind it back considerably to see how deep it really is before even attempting the repair....its structural, not cosmetic.

The tank??? I'm not big on reparing tanks.....much safer to replace...that being said, there have been guys who repaired them with sanding, etch prepping and epoxying with cloth....I'm not recommending it....its risky...if the tank is clean and empty, see if you can find an aluminim welder to possibly patch the pinholes...that would be better

You've got some work ahead of you on this one...go slow and be very thorough...
