Just wanted to do an update on the V.. Filled well over 200 plus holes , repaired the major breaks , Rebuilt the console , Repaired the transom , Painted the top cap Don't give me to much s*** about changing the color just wanted it a little different. I think ones the stripe is on it will look ok. I don't think I have ever sanded or filled so many holes on a boat in my life. As of right now my wife knows I've lost my mind along was most of everyone on the street so I guess I'm on the right track..
Still building the seats... Any comments would be great.....

The only comment I'd make is that I'm very impressed with your project so far. Nicely done.. Keep up the great work.. Thanks for keepig us all filled in.

Definately replace that transome! That is what mine looked like at first. Most of the rot was in the bottom(thanks to gravity). Might as well go all the way, unless maybe your trying to donate a engine as a artificial reef.
