Friday...Partly sunny with scattered showers until late afternoon... Then partly sunny late. Windy with highs in the lower 90s. North winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts to 60 mph...Becoming northwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 50 percent. Notice the wind speeds
