Default Off to Stellwagen

Going fishin' tomorrow with my buddies again. Going to hit Stellwagen instead of going out to the shelf from Montauk. Any fishin' reports for us??? MJ???? He's leavin from Westport CT, picking me up in Narragansett and we are off from there.

Tips on going for blue fin would be appreciated. Learned last year that it is way different then going in the canyon. Why so damn slow???

ah.... what do you know!! LOL

We got home after the trip ouy, Mark got up in the boat and hosed it down for me while I put gear away. 4 days later I could smell something and said to my daughter this thing stinks!!
Well to make a long story short there was a small cod behind the net rotted with magits all over it

He said he did not see it?? I think he was getting back at me for putting a scup in his boot the time before

PPPPPPPPUUUUUUUUUU!. I bet that did stink. When you say behind the net, was it in the cockpit or in the cabin? I'm thinking cockpit, and god forbid if it was in the cabin.

Well we got a ton of nice size stripers. They were actually schooling like blues and easy pickens. That was on Friday right off Plymouth, Ma.

Saturday we did Stellwagen and got skunked for tuna. Off to Edgartown Sat night then out the canyon, east of Block Island. Skunked again.

Still alot of fun and alot of drinkin.

By the way you guys in Mass troll very slow, laid back tuna i guess.
