That is a nice looking boat. I might have to buy it just because the name of the manufacturer is my last name! I had never heard of these boats. Did a little google searching and they appear to be well regarded, but were only made between 1972 and 1978.

If fishing is your gig that boat is equiped for it.. I love the layout. It looks a lot like my Cruisers, Inc 22' from the front... I wonder what HP that Turbo-Diesel is rated at... Good looking craft for sure. Not6 too sure I like that secondary steering loction... that's a lot of deck space. But other than that it's a sweet craft.

Smile drummond boat remembered

fellas, built in 70s by 'bulldog' drummond in dania fla, should be! don't think there are a lot of boats at this time with drummond as mfg. we used to trade mtrls when resin went from $85 per 55 gal drum to 450 in 2 mos. he had a 10k sq' shop down the road from my mfg. facility. nice gentleman and built boats for peoples needs at a good price. oil embargo forced out many bldrs. those days no hull id needed so flipping boats a common practice. funny stories remembered- true story. 2 men stole a new boat from dealers yd one night, made a mold and returned boat to dealers yard 2 days later and he never knew it. that really happened. the blunt bow and basic lines suggest its ones of his. he liked to build diesel boats with outdrives based on economics. ya all have a good day! richard
