Good luck with it Reel. I agree with you that the best BBQ is that which is so juicy, tender and tasty that it needs no sauce--maybe just some on the side for a dip or two.

Hey GarageNC, bet you can't call your wife/significant other "the main muff" in front of her!

BBQ + RUB is 90% of the equation but I am a sauce man. Gotta have that last 10% to make it JUST RIGHT IMO!
