The reason the breaker won't reset is cause it probably ain't tripped. This is where the magical test light comes into play. Like spare said go for the breaker/fuse on the starter solenoid. If bad replace it and get you a spare. If good,get a spare anyways. The only thing the engine does is provide power to the accessories so if ya got power at the engine then it's further up the line. Again Test light 101 is your only hope beside a multimeter. Good luck man.
