Welcome to the site. Lots of great info here about our boats, especially seating. 2 Captains chairs will work for the non-site seein trips but when ya have company aboard theres no subsitute for some of these. Easily stowable by stackin, comfy, cheap and come in an array of colors. This is how we roll down here n the south. Also serves as an outhouse for your female guests.

Stan, I have an I/O v20 cuddy. a good setup might be the original seating configuration with a helm seat and a back to back lounger on the port side. I have 2 additional "jump" seats (basically 1/2 of a back to back lounger) which I place on each side of the engine box. Mine are made by Wise, and are a perfect fit. I have not fastened mine down because there is just enough of a friction fit that they go in there perfectly. Then I just take them out when boat is in storage or when I need more cockpit room. With this setup you would have seating for 6 with one person on the engine box or, preferrably, with one wide stance chair like the one reel posted behind the helm seat so as to not have too much weight aft.

Thanks to all who replied and hello back. The boat is equipped with an outboard...Black Max 150 horse 2.0 liter. I saw a couple of the threads where someone installed a bench seat across the back and thought that was a great idea. I have three daughters: 9,7 and 2 and they're the ones the extra seating is for. More later gotta run now....have a waiter....

Just wanted to say welcome aboard and great suck up!

I probably should have done that when I recently joined.

Good luck with your boat!
