The guy called me back and we made a deal, so I'll be picking up the rail next weekend. (He's out of town this weekend). MANY, MANY thanks for the help from you in finding that rail. I was really afraid I'd have to go thru a dealer or marina and pay their prices. I keep my boat on a trailer, mostly because of the prices of a slip around here. I used to keep it in a slip at Leonardo State Marina near Sandy Hook, but when I first joined, the price was $400 for a season, and by the time I left 5 years later the price was nearing $1700 for the same slip....so it was time to start trailering. I can use all that money for me for gas on the water rather than donating it to the State. I'll pretty much trailer it anywhere for a day of fishing, so you can figure me for Cape Cod to Cape May...but 90% of the time I'll be around the Sandy Hook/Staten Island area.
