Default New V20 Owner

Hey i'm new to this site and have just purchased my 1st. v20 center console. Boat and trailer are in great condition. (needs new paint job though) The previous owner said the motor needed minor work. Spent the past two days pulling it apart and found that the head was cracked. So I will have to wait and look to re-power her. Got the boat motor and trailer for 3000. Spoke with the previous owner and he agreed to send me 500. back due to motor issues. Hope he follows through

Thanks Guys..
I ended up trading in the 1988 200hp Mercury Blackmax as parts for $600. at Outboard Exchange a local shop. They are rebuilding me 2001 200 hp Mercury for $2800. with warranty out the door after the trade.... Fishing season is only weeks away so time to detail this baby while I wait. Love this hull design... The next pics will be out on the water.....CAN'T WAIT....
The pics below show some of the problems we ran into...Would have had to rework three cylinders in all not worth the hassel.

Too bad about the motor, but you still got a nice hull that you can do tons with. Can't go wrong w/ the v20 hull.
