how easy is it to remove cap and liner?

After you remove the rub rail and all the screws, its just a matter of getting it started. Its just caluked on there, it will pop!
Do a search it has been done a few times on here and the guys added some nice pictures.
These boats are 3 pieces, Cap, liner, and hull
