Hey Pete, thanks for that offer...now that the weather is pretty good I think I'll take a crack at. I pulled the hatch off weekend before last and have it all prepped for new wood and resin this weekend....borrowed a nice little fuel pump setup from a friend at work for draining the tank and gonna take a shot at pulling it this weekend while the resin sets on the hatch....my idea was to span the gunnels with a 4x4 and use a come along to lift at each end alternately...after I came up with that I saw on here that someone else did it the same way and says it was a piece of cake (FWB? maybe)
It was a nice arrangment for us both when you were going to get a tank and I wouldnt have to freeze to death but now that both those situations are under control I'll save myself the tow down there. (working on new trailer fenders too). Thanks again though, I'm sure we'll be seeing you this spring or summer.

sounds like a good plan. my floor project has taken longer than I wanted but is turning out pretty good. We will definitly see each other this summer. I want to have another get together this summer. I will know better as the season gets closer.

All set...already have the house half paid for....Arriving 6/19 - through 6/26. Definitely plan on dragging the boat down there this time....parking is gonna be a ***** as the house we got this year is further down toward the inlet and has a squirelly little access road to get to the house on the beach....gonna have to scramble when I get there to find a good parking space near by that wont piss anybody off. Maybe offer someone an afternoon on the water to let me park in front of their house or something.

If it was up to me Id' rent a house on the back side with a dock for half the price but my friends wife wants to be on the beach so you have to make concessions I guess. Hope its the same week as you , want to see that V-21.
