Headed to Ga. tomorrow to look at the rude, and see it run, and hopefully bring it home. Thanks guys.. Now i'm debating the work I was going to do to the mckee as opposed to hooking the motor up and going fishing..lol.

I sure appreciate all the info man! It has been a huge help. I mean to ask you if you had to do anything to your transom or not? I have leaned on mine and put all my weight on it and it doesn't move at all...

it seemed ok, I didn't want to open that can of worms, I only traded a 12 pack for my McKee(the other guy got the better deal), I didn't want to go looking for reasons not to fix it up

If I were you I'd buy the Yami and give me the phone number for the guy selling the 60.

Got home with the 60 evinrude today and mounted it. We put it on the 3rd hole down... Wasn't sure about that but it seemed to work. We'll see when we get in the water. All I can say is thank God for an engine hoist... lol I'd have been in trouble without that. I have to get a tank, and get the battery charged, but the engine ran GREAT when I picked it up in Savannah. It fired right up and idled great. Thanks again for all of the help guys. The guy I picked it up from (a mechanic) had two SWEET wellcraft 20 foot center consoles. One had a new 175 Suzuki 4 stroke on it.
