RKC, I'm really very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I know exactly what you and your sister are going through, I lost my mom April, 08 and still feel a big void in my life. You only have one mother! At least now she is no longer suffering and is at peace. We're all praying for you and your family.

Thanks for all the warm thoughts. Yes it does suck, but she also would have had a very tough road to recovery especially after the second infection.

I was hoping to get her out in the V this summer, she hadn't been out in a boat for years.

It was a long tough battle as she went in the hospital Dec 24th, but now she is at peace. Its been a tough time for me and my sister. We just lost our Dad last Feb as well.

I'm so sorry to hear this RKC. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You're right, she is in a much better place now though. God bless you and your family in this tough time.
