He nationalized health care, banks, controlled the press and demonized his opposition until he controlled everything then he had them imprisoned or killed.
He called himself and his philosphy Progressive. It was the same thing Marx and Lenin did. Except they called it Communism.
The same thing that Chairman Mao did, and Che Gueverra along with Castro.
Key ingredient is loss of liberty for the individual and control of cradle to grave for everything in life from the State (Statists)
Other key ingredient was they were all mass murderers of their own people.
Though the Progressives in this country are not mass murderers and obviously the film clip is a big stretch in a humorous play on the current Progressive leadership controlling the democratic party right now it pales in comparison to having the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Leader of the Senate repeatedly refer to the opposition such as the Tea Party Movement as Nazis. And not in a humorous way.
Though normally I would not promote a clip like this I now feel that due to the Chicago Thug Union Tactics and the fact that the major media are basically stenographers for what has been happening the past year and a half I just appreciate it for what it is. Humerous poke at the current crop of Mao wannabees.
