well had trans issues so here's a few pics

forgot a keeper which was good so i could find a couple other issues

well opened it up to find more issues so i opened the spare trans and made one great trans with 2 good trans

a must a home made spacer from a piece of starboard off a boat







don't forget to remove this ring clip or you will tear up the drive seal



both trans opened

found the reverse drive to be missing the clip that held the bearing in and it was letting the drive rub the pto when in reverse

clip replaced finally



only to find the clutch lining loose on one side so will fix while it's apart



here's a easy way to put the case back and line up the keyed gear to the forward drive

grease key in gear



put grease in the forward drive plate and insert gear



here's the gear and key greased and ready to go back together



new trans painted and installed on frame



old trans open new one installed



closed old trans to keep out weather



new trans mounted and motor as well











next the new tires and rims to be installed
