II have a friend that I fish with that has the same boat. He runs a Yamaha 115 and it flys at WOT. Even with three full grown adults the boats is very seaworthy. And you are right they are built like a tank. Enjoy! Kamikaze

Well the boat is here in my yard next to the Sea Ox as BS is doing a transom replacement for a guy and we did not want to get the Scout all dirty.
It will stay here till he is done and CB comes by to say were he wants a few things mounted. Sometime in March I will be bring the Ox over there and we are going to rewire the whole boat. Us northern guys are busy getting everything set up for the up coming spring!

Nice ride CB. My wife's brother had a 175 dually w/ 85hp yami. He recently sold it...to his mom and stepdad (my mother in law). I love the boat. For its size its a very stable and worthy platform. I would have liked to have bought it from him but as the saying goes, I don't need another hole in the water in which to toss money. I've got issues to straighten out on my V.
I would not hesitate to take that scout out to the nearshore reefs in SC. Sweet boat indeed!
