Default what do you think of these rod holders

Putting together some gift suggestions to the MIL for X-mas....being that I got her to spring for those sweet cup holders I'm eyeing these rod holders .....would potentially replace the forward two of the four holders that I have in the gunnells....would have to check that the mounting plate would cover the existing hole in the gunnel...anybody got any thoughts

Why replace, just add these and leave your rod holders in place.
