Something you should know
Not trying to start any issues here but I want to say to my many friends on this great site whether you are a republican, democrat or independent like my self if you have not been watching Glen Beck on Fox news at night the past three nights in particular you are missing some terribly important info on what is happening to our country and why.
I know he is villified by many of the media types but he is asking the questions we should all be asking. for the sake of our children and the future if you get the opportunity pull up on the net and watch the shows from the past three nights. It is scary and he is doing right by all of us letting everyone know. Give it a try, and listen, and demand answers JMHO

Has anyone given any thought that just maybe our Government saw something on global scale and can't share it with you and I for security concerns ?
For example the extent on global trade and how it can affect the American way of life as we know it? What will happen NOT if but when China confronts us on a trade war ? See we were hit with terrorism and we blame lack of security so we now trying to enforce security. Remember SECURITY IS AN INVASION OF PRIVACY you have to look at it from both sides of the coin. Remember Trust but Verify ..

watch the shows, then make up your own mind. personally I like it when facts are presented and you can make up your own mind. the last three nights he has done just that. if you prefer getting the party line on major media networks then so be it. I want to understand why and what our government is doing and you will not get that from a blitzer, or on nbc or cbs abc etc. just will not happen.
how many times have you seen a report of the background on the czars being appointed, how many times have tough questions about their history and the videos of what they have actually said been on with blitzer. nada, none never. I watch them all and pay attention. If you want the facts presented with documented evidence from the horses mouth so to speak then you will watch someone who is independent and will present it to you to make up your own mind. Only one who would be a horses arse is someone who did not want to hear all of the info and instead relied on sources they are comfortable with and not questioning what they hear. Listen to them all and make up your own minds

I do listen to them all...and there's really no one out there who'll give you the unspun truth about anything...certainly not Beck (Limbaugh Jr)...
I think it was Mark Twain who said, "If you don't read the newspapers then you are uninformed...if you do read the newspapers, you are misinformed."...substitute "newspapers" for all popular media today to and that's where we all are...and the politicians like it that way...

I can't stand watching Beck on TV, but I did buy his book "Common Sense". I have to admit he is factual and to the point. He gives both parties what for and he makes points that show we are not that far apart, liberal or conservative.

Puhbah, your right, I like him though, makes you think, gives you details and asks you the questions, what does this mean/ etc.
I also like it that he asks directly the administration or any of their comrades to deny or contradict the facts he presents, cracks me up, he installed a actual working direct line to the whitehouse and sent them the number via certified mail giving any one of the comrades direct access to contradict any facts he is presenting. after one week not one single call. He researches very well and they are very pissed because he has people inside the whitehouse as sources. calls them out and calls them like he sees them and they have yet to refute anything factually he has presented though the other state run media have tried to villify him. Has become the number three most listened to man in U.S media. You are also right about him hammering the republican dim wits too, good for him, we need a bunch more with his balls in the media to stand up.
