ok had tons of problems with this ebay buyer avoid at all cost he is buying Merc parts.

ok sold him the lower unit it worked fine was a 25 inch unit he got it the UPS shipping online was wrong and they charged $58 more so i finally got UPS to drop the charges then he said I mis led him as it was a long shaft and he was told it was a 25 inch which to find out he was a jack leg fixing a guys boat and actually needed a 20 inch so he said fine he would keep and resell, that was over a month ago then i get an email where he said i resold the lower unit now it has messed up and is locked up and he wants his money back. well theni told him no since he had it over a month then he resold for a $200 profit and he said in his auction shifts and turns by hand. then tonight i get a paypal email as he wanted his money back as my description was wrong. well he told paypal that the unit was wrong for his motor due to he bought wrong length unit and he had resold it and it worked fine when it was sold and shipped to the newest buyer and now the new buyer asked for a refund and paypal refunded so he wants me to refund him and he keep the unit to recoop money.

paypal denied the refund from me but i bet i get a neg next on ebay then i'm going after him again. oh and this guy only lives 45 min away but was to busy working 4 jobs to meet me half way to save the shipping, then refused to pay the full shipping. but he had time to fix or try to fix someone elses boat.

Skools, I feel your pain There was a time when I bought and sold many items on ebay but now it seems thats there aways a problem,, way to many scammers ,non payer,and dead beats out there...Hang in there and don't let the scum bag get you down

I ran in to jerk like that about 6 years ago I got burned for 125. that I paid for my 3 items with a USPS money order and he never shipped it. I got a copy of the M/O with his signature and went to the local police, they called the West Virginia State Police and sent everything down to them they in turn paided him a visit with the threat of arrest, I had a complete refund in less than a week but he hit me with 3 negatives{ 3 separate sales with combined shipping} The guy Photonut 1 had his account suspended for life a few month later and the negative feedbacks were removed.

Blocked . . . Thanks Skools!! I've just about had it with ebay deadbeats. Just had one guy tell me he'll pay me in a few days for an auction he won on Sept 15th. I relisted a week ago and told him it's ebay not Lay-Away . . . So many deadbeats and very very limited seller protection. I feel your pain. Makes me want to break some knee-caps.
