Hey franco,

I know Tom well! I have a job working on the water and see him just about every day. You're right, he can be moody, but I suppose I'd be moody too if I spent all day in the hot sun dealing with idiots. Hopefully some day we'll meet up. Maybe you can show me some fishing spots!!

Great looking boat. Hope you have a great time with it. I agree that the registration numbers are too low. Mine are above the rub rail, as indicated in the Indiana registration papers. Way back when my dad had a 16'6" Speedliner boat which looked amazingly like a mini V20. Dad had his registration numbers below the rub rail where the hull was flaring out. We had towed the boat to Massachusetts, and got hassled by the Coasties for having the registration numbers too low, and they were much higher than yours are now.
