No I haven't but, I have read of how it's done here somewhere. Seems that Wellcraft used little squares of plywood encased in fiberglass.

I'd cut the bad area out to over the supports and add new marine ply and glass it over.

I hava few soft spots too but, gonna leave'm be till I run outta other projects to take on.
