flounder, we used fiberglass epoxy resin and packed cloth as we went. Sorry power's been out a couple of hours from a storm.
I think it should have taken about 8 gallons to fill the transom of mine without cloth, we might have used 4-5. Look in "general" and find "specs" about at page 4 now and start at page 4.
