Looks like a pretty involved delamination, if I'm lookin' at the picture correctly...if you don't know how to use fiberglass (l don't), either start learnin' or find a good fiberglass-man to repair it for you...go over the entire bottom w/a rubber hammer and try to find any other soft spots (dull thud) so if there are any, you can get 'em all done while you're at it...
