Blue,
I wear glasses and have been using the alcohol wipes for many years with no issues. We had them (Bausch & Lomb wipes) in almost every machine shop I ever worked in. They do work fantastic and leave no streaks or residue. I tried them once when fishing and it worked great so I use them all the time on the boats. I even use them to wipe my expensive prescription sunglasses and no problems. I can't seem to keep them on my boat because everyone loves using them to wipe their glasses/sunglasses.
