Kheide, Can you provide some details on the cabin doors. How thick did you make them?

3/4" got off ebay pretty cheap.... real easy i just took the old doors and frame off and used them for templates and cut em

Only thing you gotta remember about Starboard is it expands in hot weather...so if you cut it in cold weather, they might not fit so good in summer time...

Is there some sort of adhesive used to glue pieces of Starboard together? Would 5200 work?

Thats not ture, tyhey do make a glue but its junk and will not hold for long. Best thing is if you know anyone that knows how to plastic weld.
When I did all my work we screwed every thing together and all held up nice.
