Default Seat/Livewell Holder

Had some extra time this week in the evenings and decided to make a seat/livewell holder. (It is really going to hold my home made portable livewell) . I threw it together with some left over plywood and some hinges on my work bench. If it works out ok, I will make a permanent one next winter. I didn't get to particular just needed functionality for now.

Looks real nice! You are gonna love it, now that I have one I don't know what I did without the seat. Its a great use of otherwise wasted space.
