Years ago (20) when I was a rookie, two of my squad mates were driving through one of the local universities on a spring day when the students were getting a little sun, the guy in front stopped to get a better view, the guy in back plowed into him. The scene of those two marked police cars crumpled up in front of a yard full of bikini clad college girls is still etched in my mind.
The guy in back NEVER went back on campus the rest of his career.
