After doing some research this is the one I just bought for mine. It has 10 micron filtration which is recommended for Yamaha outboards (although I think I remember a post where Ferm thought that was a little blown out of proportion with 10 micron requirement.) Anyway this place by far had the best price I could find. I did see 2 go on ebay in the $40 range but I missed them both. I cant guarantee its the right one so I would wait and see if anyone else confirms its acceptable. just re-read your post...I guess its only the filter and bowl you need. I guess you have to try and see if there is a model number on the head part to make sure replacement filter would work.
