As far as the keel rollers go, it really depends on whether or not they're needed for loading...mine used to have 4...when old and rusted, I replaced the front two that were need for loading and left the back two off...never missed 'em...
The winch-post can be moved forward to get more support under the transom, BUT if it trailers good (especially at interstate speed) don't mess w/it and screw up the weight distribution... BTW...NICE TRAILER!!...
