Yeah, its well offshore, you could probably run a cat house out there.

They just auctioned off 3 or 4 lighthouses around our area a couple of years ago and the one I liked went for around $33,000. Man that would have been one great pick up line " Hey babe want to come back to my light house for a cold one".
