Incase ya'll can't make sense of this.
They have also removed from the market, salvage, reuse, RELOADING, spent cartridges from the government to be able to be sold to companies that might sell to the general public in order to reload these cartridges. Reloading spent cartridges is about 1/3 the cost (usually greater savings than this) than buying manufactured cartridges. HE SAID HE WOULDN'T TAKE YOUR GUNS!! AMMO Apparently is different!
