has anyone made their own sliding cooler mount?

ohhh bsteckel - why not spend $30 install fixed mount hardware and move on. Is $200 really worth being able to slide a cooler 12 inches. You're gonna spend weeks trying to figure out how to save $100 again. Be careful when you start obsessing on these little projects . . . keep your eye on the prize and preserve your cash and energy for the necessary stuff. Park those time consuming unnecessary wallet shrinking projects for next season. Just get your boat ready and running.
