I guess I'm one of the lucky builders around now. I have just signed contracts on the Barnegat light train station built 1890.... renovating it to a single family home. so Im good for 7-8 months.
Being in a resort town also helps... most people here.. second/third homes cost more than my whole block. So i feel some what blessed.
