i found it posted online forsale, in the description says year 1981, but i want to be sure cause i thought it looks like 90's ? maybe not sure.

It's a 25" SHAFT, doesn't fit my boat ?! does it have to be only 20" shaft?

Well for future reference this is the location of the model and serial number on those V6 outboards (port side).

Think '83 was the first year the VRO came out but on certain engines, then all after '84.
If no evidence of a VRO pump hung on the port side of the engine or if the cowl dosen't have a VRO sticker, it may be 82 and older.

Just other question, When i buy a OUTBOARD, does it need a tittle?

How i see people selling a boat without little? can they navigate like that?

I got a paper of this boat i bought but i havent change this under my name yet. i still need to go do it but i never done this before.

Also what could happen if someone sell me a engine without any paper? i ask once for an outboard forsale online and it was cheap without paper

let me know thanks

Depends on your state.
reels state requires a title on outboards in order to collect taxes but strangely dosen't require them on trailers.
