Whodda thunk it. That is well over what I believed you can get out of an outboard. I kinda like it.

I've heard of people getting 11,000 hours out of the old OMC's. This is why so many people doubted 4 strokes and reliability because the old school 2 strokes had proven themselves so many times over.
