Several years ago South Carolina had nonresident licenses for $35, then later a saltwater stamp for an extra $7.50. After a few sucessful years the saltwater went to $35 also.
I used to buy the saltwater stamp basically as a donation when buying the state license. Now I haven't graced SC to fish at all.
