I want to get two brackets to make a swim platform. I want to make one a touch bigger than you can buy, and i picked up a three step telescoping ladder off ebay for $9, yes thats right 9 bones. so now i would like to pick up some decent brackets for cheap. Thanks guys

There are some currently for sale on ebay. There is a set of straight stainless steel type, and another set in triangular shape. The second set is a little pricey, but the brackets are actually removable so you could take off the platform if necessary.

Are you making the swim platform for a V20? I have a 1991 V20 cuddy with an I/O and have been looking for and losing out on bids for a swim platform for months. I am interested in the dimensions of the platform you are going to make, as well as materials, design, etc. because I am considering making one myself. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have an outboard swim platform from Chesapeake's boat I never installed on my 86. Make me an offer I can't refuse. You can see it laying on his deck in the gallery. It's teak.
