Default Cannon Easi-Troll HS Downrigger

I bought a Cannon downrigger off ebay and it turns out I can't use it. My aft rod holder is about 6 inches too far forward for me to use a rodhilder mount and because my boat is foam filled I can't thru bolt it to the gunnel. So I'm gonna cut it loose for what I have in it $121.00 plus shipping. It is brand new

EASI-TROLL HS
GET INTO THE STRIKE ZONE
AND LET THE FISH COME TO YOU.

These hardworking, durable downriggers are ideal for smaller boats and fishermen just beginning to realize the advantage of fishing a downrigger. Cannon manual downriggers are built to deliver trusted performance while standing up to harsh saltwater conditions.
The Easi-Troll HS uses a clutch/brake for controlled, safe descent without cranking. Features a durable copolymer boom and a convenient line release mounted on a tab-lock base.
