I heard, second hand, it may go to 21", four per day, limited season. NO GOOD!
Limit for NY is 4 per day and 20.5". That s the same creel as last season but 1" longer. Ct is 19.5" with 5 fish and RI is 20", 7 fish limit but no closed season. I am hoping to head out tomorrow for fluke as it is opening day in CT.
