engine bracket wanted ...

looking to start putting together the pieces i need for my repower .. have an 85 20' center console.

looking at a bracket (flotation type) on ebay for 400-500 dollars for single outboard, no platform, aluminum .. not sure if this is a good deal.

any other ideas to find a nice used bracket. as always, price is important.

know of any around?

You could keep looking for a long time and might find one cheaper than that. All depends on how patient you are with your search. That's actually about the going price for a decent used bracket. If you have time, just keep looking. You're probably going to pay $300 at the very least though.
