garage, clear as a bell now.
So if you wanted to use as a livewell, you would want to be sure the bilge pump is operating fine?
Will it retain enough water level to use as a livewell with the incoming pump turned off or to have a timer switch operating the pump? Just trying to understand how it was intended to operate. If it were mine, I'd have done what you did.
